BUYING PROCEDURE IN 6 EASY STEPS

 

 

 

Please take the time to read this properly and understand it. If you don't things wont go smoothly at all.

Every step must be covered by an email, this is for your records as well as ours.


 

Step 1 : Family Decision

 

Your whole family should make the decision about which pup is suitable as you all have to live with this new addition for many years to come.

 

We hope this decision is made as easy as possible by using our extensive feedback sections. This feedback is from our past customers and is sent to us as they are very proud of their dogs. We hope you will someday send us some photos and feedback because you are as proud of your dog.

In 2007, referrals made up 42% of our sales and 96 families came back for a second family dog.

 

Do you rent? Have you got the landlords written permission to have a dog?

This is something often overlooked and we do not refund in these cases as it is your responsibility to make sure everything is ok before making an order and paying a deposit.

 

Please use our website at your leisure to help you decide on:

Breed

Size - small, medium or large

Coat - allergy factors, shedding, non-shedding, grooming required.

Temperament

Activity level

 

Step 2 : Placing An Order

 

Future Litter Orders

If we don't have pups available in your chosen breed you need to submit a Future Litter Order Form.

 

Current Litter Orders

1. Choose your breed.

2. Choose the litter you want

3. Please fill in a Current Litter Order Form and make sure you fill out all the required fields otherwise it will be sent back to you.

Please note: Orders will not be processed until we have everything we need

 

All pups date of births are listed on their actual pages that contains their photos, mother, father

 

Puppy Procedure

Thursday: Pups are vet checked ,vaccinated and microchiped. Microchips act as a permanent identification and the chips we use are recognised worldwide.

Friday: Pups individual photos are put on the website and anyone on the waiting list will have a chance to choose a pup. Once these families have chosen all sold pups will have a sold button put on them  and then all other pups will be available for sale.

(Micro chipping is done by our Professional Vet who visits the kennels weekly.)

 

 

Step 3 : Order Confirmation

 

Your order will be confirmed by email with full procedures for making payments.

We reply daily to all emails except on weekends when we have some time off for ourselves

If you have not heard from us within 2 business days please call and let us know so we can check to see if we have received your order correctly.

 

Step 4 : Confirmation of Payment

 

Using the link we send when confirming you order, you will find instructions for making a payment. Please save this link as you will need it for every payment.

 

These instructions need to be read carefully and understood fully.

We deal with many customers a week and if we don't know who has paid what and how much, it can take a week or more to sort out and confirm.

So these procedures need to be followed carefully to make sure things run smoothly.

 

Every payment made by you must be followed by an email with payment confirmation form.

 

Before you make a Payment

Remember we deal with dozens of customers and you are only thinking of one puppy.

please read and understand fully your duty of care for making payments. Every payment made must have a payment confirmation form sent to us to make the process run smoothly.

 

Internet Payments - (must have a reference to your surname only.)

Send a payment confirmation form, from the link sent earlier, when this payment is made.

Puppy or mothers names etc. wont be very helpful when trying to track down who made a payment.

 

Over Counter Payments

Must have a 3 digit reference number quoted to staff and used.

Put these 3 digits on your confirmation of payment form from the link sent earlier.

No 3 digits means it will take a business week to make sure yours is the unaccounted for deposit.

 

Cheque or Money Order -

Even a cheque or money order requires a confirmation of payment form, from the link sent earlier, to be sent so we know it is coming and can confirm when it arrives

 

Failure to use these simple guidelines and procedures can result in frustration for everyone and can be avoided by a little time and care about what must be done to ensure smooth sailing to finally receiving you puppy.

 

 

 

Step 5: Your Final Payment

All pups need to be fully paid for before they leave the Kennels.

This payment must be confirmed by using payment link and appropriate form e.g. Internet, Bank or Cheque Payment Confirmation Form.

 

Step 6 : Our confirmation of your payment

 

We will reply to your confirmation of payment form thanking you in a couple of days, depending on time of week, we will confirm receipt of  payment.

At this time we will confirm flight details to your city of choice and puppy choice. If we have not replied within a couple of days it may mean you have missed a step and we are waiting for confirmation of payment form to process your payment so it is important to get it right.

 

We update our website daily Monday - Friday

Our Website Manager currently does not work on Saturday or Sunday

 

 

SOUTH AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMER ONLY

We now deliver all pups on a Friday to Adelaide unless other arrangements are made these pups can then be picked up between 6-7pm.

 

Some South Australian families choose to pick their pup/s from the kennels, if it is closer for them than Adelaide this is fine. But this must be done by appointment (Kennels Visit Form) as we need to be sure someone is available to show you around, especially on weekends.

 

While some families like to come and choose their pup in person, the final choice is still done from the internet, as between 70-80% of our pups go interstate and first to order gets first choice no matter where they live. This is a fair process for everyone. If pups are older than 6 weeks and not sold then you may come and make a personal choice.

 

PUPPY PHOTOS AND 6 WEEK CHOICES

At 6 weeks they will have an individual photo and at this stage we need you to send us your order from with a choice of pup.  When everyone has chosen we allocate pups depending on who ordered first. In most cases you will get your first choice. Obviously if we only have one pup in a certain colour and you have ordered it then it will be your pup.

 

All individual photos are available to access EVERY Friday at close of business.

If, for some unforeseen reason, they are not available. A Statement will be made via the front index page. with latest details on when they will be available.
