Why do we have a booking form .

• To be able to pick up a pup from here and take it home .We require the health guarantee to be read and confirmed by you before arrival at the kennels.
• We have a set procedure and this in non negotiable, to visit the kennels the kennel visit form must be completed and submitted. This covers you and your pup if you decide to take one on the day.
• Why cant you fill this in at the kennels?
  We have a set procedure that is followed by everyone, no exceptions, this procedure has been developed over many years and works the best for everyone involved.

• The form has all the information we require for micro chipping. ( all of our pups are micro chipped before leaving the kennels)
• The details of the  pups new owners are required to be supplied clearly and precisely for those details to be then sent by ourselves with the registration form directly to Central Animal Register in Victoria . this then covers you from day one .
• The opinion I hear often is, we just want to have a look, but experiences over the years tend towards once you get here and see the pups, you will want to take one home.

People not wanting to fill out this form are not allowed to visit the kennels for two main reason.

• Imagine if a family of  2 adults and 3 children visit here where there are always pups available to travel . They fall in love with a pup and then to be told sorry you are required to file the form in before you can receive your pup. It isn't  a great car ride away from our Kennels with screaming kids and it is not our intention for this to happen.
• The opinion I hear often is, we just want to have a look, but experiences over the years tend towards once you get here and see the pups, you will want to take one home.

RSPCA and/or OTHER AUTHORITIES
 

The RSPCA and other authorities are exempt from this procedure and have an open invitation (no form procedure required) to visit and inspect our kennels, during business times.
All we require from these authorities is the correct identification on arrival.

ALL VISITS MUST BE ORGANISED THROUGH A VISIT FORM AS THIS MAKES A HARD COPY FOR US TO PRINT FOR OUR RECORDS.
The kennels are located just outside of Lameroo
(2.5 Hrs drive S.East of Adelaide, passing Mt Barker/Murray Bridge)

LOCATION OF THE KENNELS WILL BE GIVEN OUT ONCE A KENNEL VISIT FORM IS COMPLETED AND WE HAVE REPLIED WITH VISITING DETAILS.

MOST CONVENIENT TIME TO VISIT IS SUNDAY.

THE KENNELS ARE CLOSED TO VISITORS ON SATURDAYS
